Just back from a holiday here, hotel caters for older clientele and is not really suitable for children. The kids based activities are all in the bar area, and as most of clientell have been drinking since morning its not an ideal place to have young kids wondering about. The meals seem to be adult based with little or no childrens options for main meals, except chips, the rooms are reasonably clean and seem to all have balcony's.Trips to the attractions ie mondomar and terra mitica are best done by taxi as the last bus to terra mitica in the morning is just after 11 am and the bus back is not untill 7pm.there are no direct busses to mondomar theme park so the only option is a taxi,.You are only 5 mins walk from the shops and only 10 mins walk from the beach which is great.no information on local busses or taxis in the hotel and staff not very helpfull either on how to get to theme parks.

My first impression as I came up in the lift to reception saw the pool area was OMG. Suggest the YOU TUBE VIDEO is watched under the above heading, it is laughable. There are 185 sunbeds for say 300 plus guests, some plastic patio tables and chairs, if all the guest decided to stay poolside there would be chaos.
The bar staff some could be quite rude and treat you with disdain, as if they were doing a favour in serving us.There is a long bar, but ai relegated to a small corner at the end, even though the rest of the bar is empty. If you want a coffee in a china cup you have to pay otherwise its a paper cup. I enjoyed the food, it does cater mainly for the Spanish, but, they are trying to cater more for the UK guests. Remember though this hotel is the POITENENTE side of Benidorm and mainly visited by Spanish if you want to be very English stay the Levente side. Its is very clean, no problems with change of towels, linen etc. The rooms very small especially when they add an extra bed.Entertainment the usual, but it is only the Spanish they get up and dance so can't blame them for lack of English music, the DJ did put it on when requested but the response was poor.
The beach i s lovely, beds and parasols are 4 euro each so suggest buy a parasol around 6 euro otherwise can work out expensive, and only 5 min walk as long as you don't stop at all the shops along the way.
I would not return to this hotel too regimented,no hairdryers, no wifi, have to pay 10 euros for 3 days. The gym is free, the in between snacks served in dining room are free, we took them back to pool they didn't like it but....

Room Tip: High floor, pool view, otherwise you overlook bins streets etc

me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 nights for a break first impression looked clean sometimes you have to wait a while for the lifts to come the room was basic with only 1 plug socket in the room which was a pain when u both needed it but wasn't a problem its says the hotel has been refurbished all it looks like its had a lick of paint in the rooms but was ok came down for dinner the only thing I enjoyed was the chips everything else was just edible and im not a fussy eater there was no one there as well to tell us where we have to go or what to do we had to find our own way and then u have to wait for a table to be come available as there is a lot of Spanish stopping here and they're all rude with no manners Benidorm itself was brill location ok just a 10 mins walk down to beach not far from old town next morning went down for breakfast same with the breakfast it was edible you can tell it was cheap bacon and eggs so the rest of the holiday we had breakfast down on the front over looking sea and was cheap and big and nice also we had rest of meals out as well as we didn't like the food in hotel and would only eat it if we didn't have money to eat out also the air con was never on so we swetted at night and we had to keep doors shut cause of noise in the morning. make sure u get a safe cause cleaners always leave the balcony doors open when u get back to room slept ok till the last night when 2 jordy lads moved into next room and woke us up at 3 in the morning being sick drunk banging doors and laughing loudly swearing and we heard a security man come up and told them but they carried on all night so we had no sleep next morning when we checked out the man on the desk never asked how our stay was or said thanks for coming nothing just took our key and said bye which I thought was rude so I decided to tell him about the noise last night and all I got was its u British u cant behave when u drink so I was wasting my time and we just went I would like to say I would come back again but I wont even if it was free I would come back to Benidorm as it was a beautiful place but not this hotel.

Room Tip: we was overlooking pool it was ok until we had noisy neighbours

On first impressions the hotel was clean and the reception staff were friendly, unfortunately this did not continue through the holiday. Found most of the staff could be rude and some down right offensive. Have been to spain a few times and never had a problem with the locals not being freindly but found even the spanish people staying at the hotel to be very rude too. The sheets on the bed were not changed once during our 4 night stay and the bin in the bathroom was only emptied once, and that was because we started to put full plastic bags of rubbish next to it. The food was ok but had very limited choice. Snacks around the pool had to be paid for during the day and the inclusive bar closed at 11 in the evening which was a little early i thought. The pool area was kept very clean but they had really strict rules around the pool. The children there even got whistled for splashing at one another and no floats or boards were allowed in the pool, though have to say some rules only applied to the english staying there and not the spanish. Overall i would not reccomend this hotel to anyone and would advise people to avoid all together!!!

Just returned from a 6 night break. Overall I was pleased to have stayed here.I would like to say that the hotel rooms are spotless the staff all work so hard. The situation of the hotel is in Old Benidorm but a number 2 bus takes you into the busy part. There are plenty of shops/supermarkets nearby and the lovely beach is a 10min walk away. The hotels restaurant has a decent choice at breakfast and I noticed some items which were specially for diabetic diets. There was not a huge choice but if you are not too fussy then its ideal. You will not go hungry. The rooms also have a great tv with BBC and STV channels with a sports one as well and a kids disney channel as well. The entertainment was much the same as other Spanish hotels but I noticed that the kids were happy to join in with the fun/games.The all-inc bars are open from 10am till 11pm.Nearly forgot that the rooms do NOT have a hairdryer.Yo also have a couple of sachets of shampoo/showel gel to get you started and our cleaner did replace these on most days.

Very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite not much in range of entertainment for the kids , pool not big enough for the hotel also no lilos allowed in the pool, so dont waste your money on buying one ! Food weren't catered for everyone mainly for their spanish guest , night entertainment also seemed aimed at the elder spanish guests, we enjoyed our stay but wouldnt stay again .
