Just returned from a 5 night break. We had a room for 4 on the 1st floor. It was very clean but very noisy, faced the road and the dreaded bins which were emptied nightly between midnight and 1am, could hear furniture moving above and music from the bar which ends at midnight. Asked to be moved but they only have this size room facing the road. No kettle or hairdryer in room but you can rent a dryer for 3 euros per day. Entertainment was darts, bingo and sequence dancing, all more suited to maybe 60+ and particularly Spanish . Dining room is downstairs with not an awful lot of choice in hot meals. 10 minute stroll downhill to the beach. It was cheap but you get what you pay for....

We, that is myself, husband.daughter and grandson have just returned from a great weeks break at the Fiesta Park hotel.I must admit after reading some of the more unpleasant reviews I thought that possibly i had made a big mistake booking this hotel.I couldn't have been proved more wrong. We had a great time the hotel staff were excellent reception staff were extremely helpful the bar staff were all brilliant as were the dining hall staff. The rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaning ladies were very nice. Not in any way could i fault this hotel and wouldn't hestitate to go back.I must admit there were alot of Spanish guests most of whom were very nice, they certainly enjoyed their dancing. The hotel is in a good location just a short walk to the sea front it was great seeing all the locals out walking and making use of the exercise equipment. My grandson had a great time he loved the indoor swimming pool, and loved playing on the beach with the local children,he's already asked if he can go back.I know we will.

Room Tip: It is best if you can get a high floor, but your room is only for sleeping in so what ever you get al...

Me and my partner, 21 & 23 years old, have just come back from a fantastic week in the Fiesta Park. All staff, (bar, restaurant & reception), were extremely helpful. Always a variety of food and drinks. Cant pick a fault with the rooms, spacious, comfortable & cleaned dailey.. Dont think I would go again so early in the year as it is full off elderly spanish people that were quite rude, but never gave them the chance to ruin our holiday. if they shut you out the lift... you just start shutting them out the lift. play them at there own game. and can get a little fun too :) very close to the beach. The weather was fantastic, 21c on the beach front in the wind but on our balcony was 46c and no wind. I ADVISE ALL AGES FOR THIS HOTEL!! plenty to do for everyone and only a short walk to the beach and old town. Definitely going to be back again soon!

For a 3 star good value indoor pool very warm but shallow and outdoor pool in the shade but as mostly Spanish stay there it's friendly
Quite fun to watch how the other half live and the dancing not English disco but for a cheap holiday in old Benidorm go for it very close to beach and a person could go there alone which you don't often find we had clean towels daily and shower items also very clean very helpful staff well done Fiesta Park

Just got back from a great week at the fiesta park Jan 2013 and it over exceeded our expectations. We found the reception area and staff to be excellent, 2 minute check in and always happy to help. The hotel was extremely clean with a maid service everyday and fresh towels. The bar was really spacious and the staff were soo friendly we cant believe other reviews on this site. The rooms were average size very clean and large bathroom. We were on all inclusive and the meals were plentiful and fresh, we are picky eaters but there was something for us and there are constant snacking sessions throughout the day. Fair enough there were alot of elderly spanish people but as we could speak spanish no probs at all not rude just a language barrier. There was a reptile show that would be good for kids and at 26 and 23 we loved it. Other nights ballroom dancing but plenty of drinks to liven things up. We would definately come back to the fiesta park hopefully later this year thankyou love from nicola and emma xxxx

Room Tip: Get a front view room so you are not looking into other peoples rooms.

My husband and I visited this hotel last October. We stayed one week and that was long enough. The other guests were mainly elderly Spanish. I know it is their country but to be so rude!!
The location of the hotel is a good fifteen/twenty minutes walk to the centre of the new town, where most of the entertainment is. Taxi can be quite expensive if using every night.
We were all inclusive. The food was edible but you only got yours once the humungus queue of locals pushed their way to the front. They started queing about half an hour before doors opened. You dare not take the last of something or else the groups of them all stared at you all night if you stayed in for the nightly entertainment which consisted of a dj playing music so that the same dancers could strutt their stuff.
The service and measures from the bar men ok as long as the locals were not wanting served
We did meet a couple of friendly British citizens like ourselves and made the best of what we had. It is worth paying extra to stay nearer the new town

The food was about the best we've had for A.I. The hotel grounds, inside and rooms were all clean. The only downfall was that there is no sun over the pool, the roomsa facing the pool, or the terrace because of the layout and other buildings surrounding it. In January, no sun at any time.
The staff were pleasant but not many can speak English. The Spanish guests were ignorant. I got pushed out of the lift twice! There are two lifts.
If you cannot manage stairs do not go here, as the dining room is downstairs with no lift.
The entertainment was only provided with the Spanish in mind. If they don't want us there, why invite us?

Room Tip: Better not to ask for a poolside room - no sun on your balcony
