Stay in a lot of hotels this one certainly comes out in the top 3 .
Accommodation is immaculate and the staff are so friendly nothing is too much trouble.
Be prepared to put on a few pounds the good choice and quality is excellent.
Thank you for a great couple of days we will certainly be back.

Had a 4 day trial stay in the Riviera Beach and really regret we hadn't made it longer. Everything is top notch and the staff are wonderful, nice and friendly and not too over gushing. So we will have to compensate ourselves go for much longer next time. Benidorm lovers it doesn't get better than this.

Room Tip: Odd numbers on the sunny side.

Our 1st stay at this hotel, but not our last.We are just 2 days back home and are trying to arrange our next stay. Rosa "our" waitress was outstanding as was our room cleaner(sorry we cannot remember her name). It deserves its No 1 in Benidorm status.

We stayed at the Riviera Beach after moving from another hotel in Benidorm. I have to say it was really lovely. The breakfasts were good. There was always something good to eat in the evening and the desserts were really lovely. Our room was superb. We were on the 5th floor right at the end of the corridor. Rooms are really well soundproofed which you don't usually get in some Spanish hotels. The furnishings were great and we loved the walk in shower. The staff were very friendly and work so hard. Our room was cleaned daily with change of towels. Wifi is free which is a big bonus to us and lifts are operated by your room key so it is very secure. I was very impressed with this hotel and would have no hesitation in going again.

Room Tip: If you ask for the end room on each floor you are only joined on to one other room. It is a very qu...

2nd visit to Riviera beach hotel and still absolutely brilliant, clean rooms towles changed every day, food excellent even the fussiest eaters would find it hard to find fault, Carmen the waitress brilliant even remembered me from a yr ago. Reception staff very quick and efficient all staff at hotel are very friendly and would go out their way for you, I would stay at this hotel every time wouldn't even bother to look at anything else.

Room Tip: Even number rooms get sunshine, floors 1-4 have walk in power showers above that have bath with show...

Just back from 26 nights halfboard and have to say this is by far the best value hotel in Benidorm. The management are within a whisker of getting everything right.
The bedrooms are immaculately clean, pleasantly decorated, have excellent walk-in showers (on the lower floors) and very comfortable beds. There's even a fridge for you to use as you please, Plus flat screen TV with BBC/ITV and free wifi in all rooms. The even numbered rooms get about 80% of the day's sun plus their balconies are completely sheltered from the wind - we often basked in the sun whilst others outside sheltered from the winds.
The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful.
Breakfasts were good as far as we were concerned but there will always be some that will moan about eggs and/or bacon being either underdone or too well cooked. It's very difficult to please everyone. There was also a good selection of cereals (not the usual poor quality ones found in most Spanish hotels), fruit, porridge, ham, cheese etc.
Evening meals can be a bit frustrating. For example one night there would be a lovely selection of prawns, mussels, salmon, steak, pork loin, chicken korma and roast beef but the next there would be poor cuts of lamb and veal and little else. They could easily make every night much more appealing by spreading the better dishes over several nights. My wife is very fussy but even she ate well on most nights apart from one when there wasn't anything to her taste. She mentioned it to the waitress who apologised and arranged to have some chicken breast cooked just for her. Nice touch.
The sweets without exception were excellent.
As other have mentioned the bar isn't big enough but they were carrying out alterations to address this whilst we were there.
The terrace is a very pleasant place to sit and have a drink. Several drinks are permanently low in price such as local lager (€1.60 a pint) and coffee with brandy/Bailley's (€1.50) [but curiously not tea with brandy/Baileys (about €5.20!)].
Never really bothered with the evening entertainment as we were out most nights (the hotel is in a great location for nightlife but doesn't suffer from any noise). Did try the bingo once but we weren't impressed that the hotel kept 50% of the takings. Suppose it helps to pay for entertainment.
Some simple things like a pool table, skittles, darts etc would be of benefit for when the weather is inclement. A couple of organised daytime games/quizzes would go down well.
Overall though we have to say the hotel in general is excellent and considering we paid less than £22 pppn it represents fantastic value.
And to top it all your room card gets you for 25% of drinks at Morgan's, the Western Saloon and the Comedy Club. No bad thing.

.

Room Tip: Go for an even numbered room on floor 4 or lower for a walk-in shower. I wouldn't recommend a h...

This hotel is fantastic, the only negative point is that the sun only covers the pool area from 12 to 4pm. The food is fantastic, great desserts, rooms are great fantastic shower, great service, really nice area at the front to sit and have a drink, close to bars and restaurants.
