Quite small in terms of surrounding hotels but that was good for us. Spotlessly clean and the staff were very pleasant & helpful. Rooms, while basic, were perfectly adequate & beds were very comfortable. Nice patio at the front serving drinks & snacks, with entertainment most evenings, though that was not of such a good standard. Food (starters & desserts) was generally good though main courses let the side down a little - tip; get to it early while it's still fresh & hot. From what we saw this is probably one of the best hotels in Benidorm, and should we ever go back we'd probably stay here again.

Room Tip: All rooms have small balconys. Even numbers are pool-side & get morning sun.

Stayed here for a short break earlier this year, cannot fault this hotel. Staff, food, rooms and location excellent. The rooms are immaculate with lovely bathrooms and really comfortable beds. Bar prices very reasonable, good choice of buffet meals, staff very friendly and helpful. Will definately be returning to this hotel.

My husband & myself stayed at this hotel in August for 10 nights, it was good from the moment we arrived until we left, had a room on the 4th floor (uneven number) overlooking the Gemelos Apartments pool, we had sun in the afternoon, a lovely room not huge but big enough for 2 of us, we had a mini fridge & safety deposit box (has to be paid for) in our room, A lovely bathroom with walk in shower & the beds were the most comfortable ones we've had on hols (memory foam mattress topper on it). Air con which we neede as it was very hot in August. The Reception staff were lovely, helpful from the minute we arrived until we left, the restaurant staff the friendliest we've ever had (especially Sandra & Mo) they were always smiling & chatty. The bar staff were great (apart from one young lad with spiky hair) & the cleaning lady Chari was lovely too all in all it was a Fab hotel & holiday, we are back there in November & can't wait. ooo forgot to mention the food.... Excellent a good choice seeing as it's not a huge restaurant, very well presented & desserts to die for :o))

Room Tip: we were on floor 4- 409 it overlooked Uncle Ped's Bar across the road, but had afternoon sun...

We stayed here Sept 2012. The hotel is very clean and in a good location. The food is of a fair standard with lots of choice at each meal. The room have high spec fittings and the fact that the hotel is a child free zone was a bonus to us.

Room Tip: The pool view overlooks next doors pool.

We booked this hotel due to the reviews on T/A & also passing it on previous trips to Beni. We stayed at here from 13th - 21st September. The location of the hotel is great - near enough to beach, bars & restaurants. From check in to check out we could not fault any of the staff. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The restaurant staff were the friendliest bunch, especially Sandra, who was always there with a smile & a "hello darling!" The rooms were kept spotlessly clean with clean towels every day & the walk in shower was fab. Our major disappointment was the food, to the point that we didn't eat in the restaurant for 3 nights of our holiday, due to not finding anything suitable. I don't consider myself to be particularly fussy but found the evening meals at this hotel a struggle. On one lunch service they had chicken tikka which i thought i would try. Unfortunately, this was just some very dry chicken with spices on it that had then been covered in gravy granules :-(( They had chips at breakfast & pizza on every night at dinner. I don't mind pizza but found it a bit odd for an evening meal at an adults only hotel - thought it be more suited for lunches. Generally, i would say that breakfast & lunch had the best choices but if we were stuck it was toast for breakfast & salad for lunch. Thank goodness for Country Ribs across the road! The other disappointment we had was with the hotel pool area. We felt that it lacked atmosphere, don't know if it was the lack of a pool bar, just couldn't figure it out. We also only managed to get sunbeds / chairs on a few occasions - spending most of our days at the Rosamar next door, which suited us as it had a better atmosphere.
Overall, we had another great time on our 4th visit to Benidorm & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel - it just didn't do it for us.
