“Would stay here again,”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2013 via mobile

Lovely building, great helpfull staff especially Anabel and Jesus.
Stayed on 29th floor in the large tower, with balcony . Great view of the whole bay, made the vacation . Maid service, towel change daily, bedding changed every other day, Room complete with lovely bathroom including toiletries replaced daily, hair dryer , Comb ect.
Food was ok but boring, Pork and fish every night, plenty of salad ect, sweets excellent , no complaints , great value for money.
Shops adjacent, and beach minute away,
At Finistrat, best beach.
Bus stop outside hotel, 1.45e , 02 and 03 to old town and new town , Taxi 10e . As buses every 15 mins little waiting .
I will be returning if I get a similar deal, great value for money.

We spent 7 days here from 12- 19 April. We had great sea and city views from our 22nd floor balcony. The room was cleaned each day and fresh towels left by the maid. Loved the power shower. The food was O.K. I wouldn't class it as four star dining but there was a good choice. Entertainment was mainly catered for the Spanish but there are taxi's outside the hotel to take you other venues if you prefer a livelier night life. If you get fed up of eating in the dining room there is a great Café/Restaurant named "Raffles" that you can find by walking along the beach which is just a few minutes walk from the Hotel. "Raffles" do a great full English breakfast, traditional English meals and a variety of sea/pasta dishes along with a great choice of beverages. We would definitely go back to this Hotel.

Room Tip: Take the higher floors with a sea view and balcony to sit, relax and wind down just before sleeping.

Stayed at this hotel for the third time april 6th to 20th,the whole place is spotless staff very friendly and food was very good and menu was changed every day of course you had the old staples (chips etc)but the the rest of it was a good mixture of spanish and british.I would have a couple of complaints ,the entertainment was not very good unless you liked dancing every night and some of the customers I would not allow in a two star hotel,Overall we had a great time and will return again possibly not all inclusive the next time as we would rather go to different places each night to dine.Overall the Hotel is a first class and I would recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: If you want to get the bus into the town it,s a No 3 or a No2.Sneaky tip don,t go to the bus stop at...

Hi just back from a week at the bali an will give the honest facts in my opinion.
Hotel.....beautiful
Rooms....basic but cleaned every day
Food....not to everyone's taste but always something to eat
Entertainment.....appalling Spanish pensioners line dancing everynight
Staff....mostly helpful
Area......a bit secluded but a short bus ride to old town or levante area.
around hotel is nice and a short walk to a small bay with some nice bars and restaurants
I would not recommend this hotel for groups of hens or stags but that's what it was full of for the entire week
Wouldn't return to this hotel and shouldn't be advertised as benidorm when it's actually la cala finestrate

Room Tip: Don't book if your looking for somewhere lively

Spent 6 days at the Gran Bali a week ago and it was fine. Staff were friendly and rooms were ok, imagine standard of a travelodge. We went half board and the food was just ok. Should not be rated a four star hotel but would stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for the tall building, balconies and better views

We stayed at the Gran Bali Hotel from 12 - 19th April 2013. The hotel was spotless and the communal areas were of a very high standard. The rooms were a little dated but we could not fault the cleanliness of them. On the whole the staff were welcoming and friendly, although the bar staff were the exception to this rule. The food was of an acceptable standard and was what you would expect of all inclusive. It was further out of Benidorm than we expected, but, this was our mistake as we had not checked the location properly. I do agree that the bar staff were quite rude and very slow we were often left waiting whilst the Spanish guests were served, however, it works both ways and some of the English guests were equally as rude. The all inclusive finished at 11pm which we felt was a little early and on the last day of the holiday the all inclusive stopped at midday, which was fine for us, however some guests were not being collected until late on the night and could not eat or drink in the hotel. We were concerned after reading reviews about stag and hen parties but they were very entertaining and did not cause us any bother at all. Unfortunately the complete lack of entertainment let this hotel down and for this reason we would not return.

Room Tip: We requested a room with a pool view, on reflection we maybe should have not asked for this as it co...
