Just arrived back from hotel Babylon and had an amazing 4 nights. Can't thank Tony, his staff and regulars enough. Went for a short break with my sister not expecting much from Benidorm and I am now a complete convert and will definitely go back. The hotel made the trip perfect with friendly staff and gorgeous food and absolute value for money. Feel I have to mention that we stayed in a room over looking the street and it was very noisy through the night from the night time antics of other revelers passing by on the street, which did add to our holiday fun, but if we had been staying any longer it may have got a bit annoying. Absolutely need to end this review on a positive note, if you are looking for a welcoming short break in the sun on a budget, this is an absolute must to try. Once again thank you Tony from one of the politically correct sisters (not!!) xxx

Stayed at the hotel Babylon for 5 nts in August, the hotel definitely need a refurbishment, stayed in room 101 lots of damp in the bathroom but the cleaner kept the room very clean and tidy. stayed bed and breakfast. the food is to dye for here. had our evening meal twice and wished we had it there the 5 nights of our stay it were the best in Benidorm.
the staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you.
Now for the noise OMG so loud. our room was on the main steet all you can here is scooters, and cars, people talking, like they are in the same room with you. this went on till around 6:00 am, so if you like you sleep DON'T go here.
If they did a complet refurbished and sound proof the walls, then this could be a great 4*plus.

Room Tip: ask for a refurbished room and at the back, as that may not be as noisy.

Must point out that I havent stayed here. Nice place in a nice part of old town. Stunning roof terrace with bar..was really envyous of the guests who were staying there. Beer was priced ok and tasted fine. We did try the food but it was below average to be honest. Worst thing was the staff. No personality whatso ever. Someone with a bit of life could make it an amazing place to be on a sunny afternoon.

So arriving at the hotel was hard enough coach driver just dumped us near the beach asked for directions he said I dont know got on bus and drove off finally found the hotel after some guess work was met by a small reception area with a dingy lit stair case we got room 305 which was right at tye top and to tue rear even though asked for a front room opened the window to see a guy naked in the room across from us paint on the walls was just like a base coat and could see the wall behind not a very good start but we thought we would check tue roof bar out that was a nice suorise with the most friendly person there to help tony cello very great guy cant say muchcabout the rest of the staff just not very helpful or lazy food was ok
summery:
Hotel terrible
staff terrible apart from tony cello
food was nice aswell as roofbar
