My mother in law lives in Spain and had this hotel recommended to her by friends. Generally it was good but there were a few small minuses. We stayed on the full board terms and had a room on the third floor facing the pool. As we were on a corner we had a large balcony although the view was nothing special.
Good - Helpful staff everywhere with good English skills, adequate sized room, comfortable bed, good air-con, clean and tidy, good choice of dishes at meal times, nice pool and solarium area, dryer to hang your wet clothes on the balcony, half decent WiFi.
Not so good - lack of shampoo and shower gels in the room, people reserving sun beds from early in the morning despite signs saying this would only be allowed for 15 minutes before towels were removed, relatively expensive drinks in the bar, English stag parties (two separate groups of lads spent all day drinking, shouting and swearing and monopolising the pool which was a great pity for the families staying here).
We enjoyed our short stay here but the hotel would be better if they had a policy about large groups of English guys (stag parties or whatever) all staying together at the same time. I can put up with their behaviour but it does ruin it for the families and small children who want a safe time in and around the pool.More
