We found the menu del dia to be great value for money. The staff gave us a wine that went very well with our duck. Recommended.

We liked the ambiance here & enjoyed the tapas. It was a spot recommended to us by our hotel & we were glad to give it a try. Good spot for a tapas & drink visit.

Went to Casa Otano tonight. It was wonderful. Lisa had broiled Hake with sautéed veggies and I had tenderloin with foie gras. For appetizers we had a salad with asperigas and sautéed red peppers with a type of blood sausage. The vino tinto was a local tempranillo "Pago de Sirsus" 2010 and a great value at 15.5 euros.

Really a great meal.

The 30 euro menu provided a tasteless selection of deep fried balls of cheese and eggs, with no fish and no meat. My wife's artichoke hearts were OK. My second course comprised 4 tiny lamb cutlets, over-cooked, whilst my wife's 'solomillo' was actually thinly sliced rump steak, also over-done. The puds, of 'flan' and 'apple tart' were poor commercially produced rubbish. When we complained we were accused of 'not understanding northern Spanish food' as we live on the Costa del Sol. When we pointed out that we had just travelled through and eaten in Toledo, Avila, Salamanca, and Leon, the waitress took no notice! Just don't go there!!

Wow what a find! I had the fresh pasta with mushrooms and my husband had the warm lobster salad, that was just the entree! Big enough to not have a main but we did anyway...late opening of 9pm but worth the wait, a must no your visit to Pamplona
