If you want to sleep in a in old, soft beds to break your back, if you want to wait for hours for tastless, overpriced food, if you want papers in your room telling wrong information and if you want staff not answering your questions in bad english ... then book this hotel. You will be satisfied!

Room Tip: Don't book a room there!

My husband found this hotel on his trip the year before and I wasn't disappointed. we had a lovely room. The hotel staff are warm and welcoming and we parked the Motorbike in the garage underneath.
I do wish it was a bit closer to the old town, but you just pop on the no 12 bus which is just down the road or ask the hotel to call a taxi for you.

Room Tip: The hotel is on the main road so you could ask for a quiet room but its really quiet at night so we...

We were not troubled by the location as there is a regular no.12 bus into the old part of Pamplona, but we were greeted so rudely by the man in charge of the front desk when we arrived, that unfortunately that coloured our impression of the hotel. He was not helpful, did not want to answer any of our questions eg where to eat and what to see and had a huge loud fight in front of us,with another staff member.
Our room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom excellent and the breakfast very good.
Our air conditioner was broken and, despite 14 degrees outside,we were cooking and unable to sleep in our room.Calls to the front desk said nothing could be done.
I have never written a negative report before and this hotel must be better than our experience, but we would never stay here again.

The hotel had everything we needed for a Spanish hotel including decent food in the cafeteria. However, it is a good trek to the city center. If you are here for the Festvial San Fermin it is about a 30-minute walk to the festivities or a 10-euro cab ride.

The place will book up for the Festival despite it's far distance. If you want a place with little noise and not too far from the train station, it will fit your needs. If you don't mind noise and want to party to the early hours, you would be better off getting some place closer to the action.

We stayed here during San Fermin and would recommend it. It's about a 30 minute walk to the festival activities and even shorter via bus 12. Very clean, it has one of the most outstanding breakfast buffets you will ever find (though it is pretty pricey). Free WiFi services are available, but are not very reliable (like much of Spain).

The hotel's location is excellent - a few minutes away from the centre but in a quiet area. Parking our rented car was not a problem. We could have used hotel's garage. However we opted to park it in the parking spaces outside the hotel. The receptionists were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room has well sized and spotless, with a large TV, A/C and minibar. The TV channel lineup was rather disappointing as only four channels were on offer. But who would stay in when there's so much to do in Pamplona? Wifi was available in the lobby and hotel room for free and the wifi strength was excellent. The hotel cafeteria made a mean cafe con leche. However, we opted to explore other cafeterias in the area for breakfast and were never disappointed. There are a couple of parks near the hotel should one feel like an evening stroll. This hotel is a keeper!

Room Tip: Ask for a room that overlooks the residential area at the side of the hotel since these are sunnier...

I've stayed here each of the last two years for the San Fermin and will stay here again. Very clean, American style hotel rooms, air conditioning, great bathroom. Very nice - it is a good 20-30min walk down to the city centre and that is something to think about for the morning encierro, but it is very quiet and a great staging point to enjoy the festival.
