if You stay here, please look at the room first. It is a dark like dungeon, from the lobby entrance to the rooms. Who would want a dark blue and brown room with a view of a dark wall? The entrance is uninviting and decorated very oddly. The breakfast room is white and stunning with a delicious buffet. All ugliness aside, the staff is wonderful.

Room tip: Look at the rooms first, top floor is better.

Great location, near the historic centre. Meals are Ok. Pets are "allowed" after paying a fee, although in the morning after taking the little puppy for a walk outside, we receive a call from reception saying the puppy is making to much noise. As such their acceptance of pets must only be for pets who make absolutely no noise at all. In reservation we also asked for a room adapted for someone in a wheelchair but the room we were given had a bathroom with a bathtub which made it impossible for the person in wheelchair to take a shower. We also witnessed a long argument between two employees in the reception area. Not gonna repeat the experience. Do not recommend.

This is a lovely hotel in the city centre. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Although it is near the city centre it is quiet. The only drawback is that the bar is not that inspiring. Breakfast is, however, good.

Simple, very comfortable room with good sized beds.. Very good bathroom with excellent, walk-in shower and nice toiletries; big, soft, fluffy towels. High level of cleanliness. Excellent buffet breakfast. Secure parking. The staff are exceptional - friendly and always ready to help. A few small complaints - in a four star hotel I would expect at least one English language station on the television; tea & coffee making facilities in the room; a free bottle of mineral water.

Room tip: Rooms overlooking the courtyard may be quieter than those overlooking the road.
