This restaurant and the accompanying bar/café have been around for decades. It is quite famous for providing exceptional, if expensive, food in a rather formal atmosphere. I would suggest experiencing its culinary skills by eating at the much more reasonable bar/café instead of the restaurant proper. The value is better and the service still excellent.
Try the local Murcian dishes such as Habas con Jamón (beans with cured ham) or Ensalada Murciana (Murcian salad).
