Took our breath away as we turned the corner in to the Square. There is a bit of a problem with beggars around the Cathedral (and the other churches) - they just need to be ignored. The Cathedral shop is worth a visit also.

Enjoyed a quiet walk in the evening in and around the great complex of Cathedral de Santa Maria in Murcia. Definitely worth a look before a paella in the Cardenal Belluga Plaza.

Well worth a visit. Probably more impressive from the outside than in but you don't have to pay an entry fee so it's worth a look. It's quite a big cathedral and there's quite a lot to see.

This cathedral is a collection of separate chapels; has no classical structure as usual. In a super good state. Free entrance!

Absolutely beautiful and no entry charge so give generously in the box! It is very easy to find and is near to the tourist information office. I have visited a number of Spanish churches but non as ornate or as beautiful as this one. Take time to sit and light a candle, it is very tranquil and calming away from the sun's heat.
