“Amazing lobster with pimentón”
Reviewed August 24, 2014

My girlfriend and I visited this place during our summer holidays through Spain and were very pleased by this Restaurant.

After a warm welcome, the waiter convinced us to have the lobster with pimentón (€18,00), which is the chef's favorite dish and we were very happy to have chosen it. It was absolutely fantastic and original and will certainly try this recipe at home. It's really something else than the usual lobster recipes I have eaten in the past. We both think it was the best lobster we ever have eaten. They were obviously fresh, since the animals were presented us alive before cooking them.

The service was very friendly and attentive. I think the price of the dishes are really good, considering the quality of the food we received.

This place is definitely worth the visit if you're in the city of Murcia and are looking for some delicious food (lobster).

I'd like to thank the whole team for this very enjoyable experience and wish to come back as soon as possible.

“Very pushy waiter”
Reviewed May 11, 2014

We felt we were taken advantage of by the waiter who pressed dish after dish onto us and then pressed for us to have dessert and then coffee. He did give us a digestif but I am not sure if we paid for it or not. The first two dishes were nice - fried prawns and a tomato salad but we didn't like the others and the paella tasted burned. None of us like paella much but the waiter was very pushy. We felt he took advantage of our good manners! It was quite expensive too.

Good evening, my name is Jose Ramon García, chef and owner. I sit very much his experience, the waiter who attended to them is of school of hotel and catering business in practices and it was his first table of service, the failure it did the maitre that knowing and speaking perfectly English, did not pay attention to his service. Indeed that we feel his experience, lEN all that to the paella, this flavor might be a paprika realixado with fire of fuelwood, but if you had said to us, we change him into another thing. And n all that to the price is a menu degustation for 25 Euros and we receive the drink to part. We would like that he was visiting us again and to be able to attend to him since we know, if you give us another opportunity

“Great Fish in a Great Location”
Reviewed April 25, 2014

We visited this restaurant for lunch, on a reasonable Spring day so that sitting outside was a pleasant experience. The restaurant is situated in the old part of town in a nice square along with several other restaurants. The area was quite crowded but the ambience was excellent, and almost all tables at this restaurant were taken.

We had a mix of oysters, pulpo, and tempura battered prawns to start, and then John Dory and hake as mains. All the food was well prepared and well presented, and delicious. With a beer each to start and bottle of Verdejo with the meal we were very satisfied with the bill which was a fraction over €80.

Another fine restaurant to add to our list in the city of Murcia!

“Typical Murcian fare in delightful little square”
Reviewed November 4, 2013

Tucked away in this little square, we had a delicious lunch of fried fish and freshly flavoured tomato salad. Service was professional and friendly and we could have sat there all day surrounded by children playing around us and their parents passing a relaxing afternoon.

“Never to be forgotten”
Reviewed July 24, 2013

Found this place a bit by accident and will never forget the meal we had! Was a bit early in 'the season' so was quiet but this did not detract from the atmosphere and the service was above and beyond! Chose fillet with blue cheese and this will for ever go down as the BEST steak I have ever had and would go back just to have it again!!!! Waiter was friendly and attentive without being 'over the top'! An amazing meal in a wonderful setting!
