We were in Murcia looking for lunch and avoided the several tourist cafeterias in the square next to the cathedral and only had to walk into a side street to find this traditionally authentic Spanish tapas bar (established 1926).
The decor is rustic. There is a bar next to the entrance and tables further into the restaurant. We were given menus in both Spanish and English. A novel twist is that you are given an order form which you complete with a pen (also given).
We chose a selection of excellent tapas and other small dishes and an excellent bottle of Ribera del Duero Crianza red wine €22. The whole bill came to €27 for 2 people and would have been so much lower had we chosen the hosue wine or simply wine by the glass.
Service was friendly and helpful.
