I had a wonderful week with Viv and Dan at Tara Casa. I chose a yoga/pilates/fitness week. The schedule suited me really well (yoga/pilates in the morning, swimming and fitness during the day, pilates in the evening). We also had a personal fitness trainer for a couple of days who showed us some easy but effective exercises that we could easily do at home (and which I have).
The food, made by Dan, was delicious, plenty of it and all veggie. I can honestly say I felt a lot better after my week there and what's more it kick started me into adopting a healthier life style once I got home. I'm still doing pilates and swimming regulary and it's 5 months since I was there.
There's a very relaxed atmosphere and you are left to your own devices during the day, leaving you feeling very much at home.
So, a big thanks to you both for helping me to see what I was capable of (a lot more than I thought!)More
