Admit to stopping at this hotel on the off chance of a room. Gent behind the desk gave the impression that he wished the hotel was fully booked to save him having to book us in! Room was classed as suite but would argue the case on that! Over looked a courtyard of private apartments which proved to be very busy during the night, a lot of noise! Gent behind reception was in no better humour at time of check out!

Hotel was great, clean and simple. Despite being on the 6th floor, it was noisy through the night at times as it is a city centre location.

The Spa was a real disappointment. It was not relaxing or worth the money. The Jacuzzi was so small only 2 people could fit in it. The cold foot spray sprayed over onto the jacuzzi. The sauna's temperature was dangerously high (because the door had been closed a long time) and the steam room was dirty. That was it, and it was closed over lunch, so sharing it with 16 other people at 5 o'clock when it opened wasn't worth the hassle and waiting around. We had a bath in our hotel instead! We were shocked that Balneario put their name to it. It is nothing like the Archena Spa.
