We ate here twice: once at the seafood counter (we were in a bit of a hurry: had wonderful croquetes & padron peppers & great wine by the glass). I loved watching the pulpo plates being put together and served. The couple next to us said they had way more than they could eat and shared it with my husband. Super service. The next time we thoroughly enjoyed arepas at the Venezulean shop. Just fun and very nice place to stop, chat, drink, eat. :-)

Smaller than San Miguel and much less busy. No bad to go there for food if you are in the area. It’s not an attraction like San Miguel.

We came across this near to where we were staying. It’s a great experience with food and bars all in one place and a handy supermarket on the ground floor. We didn’t try the food so can’t comment but it all looked delicious! We went for drinks at the rooftop bar. The decor was lovely with a good atmosphere. It gets very busy and we struggled to find a seat at first. The price of 4 drinks which included a pint of beer, wine and two sangrias was 17euros.

I went with my family and after a day touristing the city, we found this market that is nothing like the other popular markets in the city. Tourist don’t know about this place but they should! We ate in the fish stand next to the escalators in the first floor. We ordered oysters which were super fresh, the octopus and the paella which were both amazing as well, and lastly we were given a tuna tartar which incredibly good!!! After the food we went to the rooftop but were couldn’t stay longer, but hopefully next time I will go to get some drinks with that view!

Really enjoyed this place! 110% recommended!!!
