If you like sushi but want to feel an extra experience, this is the perfect place for fusion with Peruvian style.
Recommend to share as many dishes as possible but not miss the "mar y montaña"

Went here for dinner, fortunately they had a spot for us at the "barra". It was packed ! They mainly have fish/sushi but also other options... The salmon tartar was amazing!
Liked it a lot and would recommend!

I have several foodie friends whom I respect and treasure as trustworthy sources to provide balanced and nuanced restaurant recommendations; this restaurant has been on the top of their list for some time now.

There are enough reviews to get an idea of what the place exudes and achieves, so I won't bore you with that description.

I prefer to get to the best part: what we found strikingly delicious:

1. Gunkan Vieras - the subtle flavors so delicately balanced provide a delicious start to the food road show

2. 1/2 Rac Mar Montana - the sea/mountain taste-scape curiously starts on your pallet with the sea followed by a robust shot of mountain meat.

3. 1/2 Rac Roll Cangrejo - the crab meat, it's texture and distinct flavor, provide one of the most delicious and stripped down dishes on the menu.

We also enjoyed trying the French and South African red wines on the menu.

The service was attentive and knowledgeable, especially in regards to how to organize the plethora of dishes you will inevitability order.

I must admit I was skeptical going to a Peruvian, Spanish fusion kitchen serving sushi! But what a pleasant surprise! The seviche (both types) were out of this world. The spicy tuna, mini burgers, etc. etc. Just all very good! The prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely return to this place for diner!

Fusion of Peruvian, Spanish-Asturian and Japanese cuisine. It was a nice surprise during our short holiday trip to Madrid
