Fine dining is one of the most surprising locations the Casino de Madrid has to offer.Discover Madrid skyline from amidst the historic buildings that surround the Casino: they provide the backdrop for your meal. Haute cuisine for clients in search of originality, creativity and the chance to enjoy a new culinary experience.Furthermore, in the refurbishment, Jaime Hayon has created a design conceived specifically to envelop dinners in the same groundbreaking, avant-garde feel that Paco Roncero achieves with the textures, colours and flavours of his dishes.

Came here last week and was stunned by the decor. Reminded me of Jean George's dining room in New York except this place is more grand and elegant. Very creative dishes and a must for gastronomy fans. So far one of the best tasting menus I've had. You'll leave this place with a pleasant experience.

A lot of restaurants that try molecular cuisine fail on the flavor. This one is a perfect example of truly modern Spanish cuisine. Two thumbs up!

A simply wonderful experience: the personnel (not too formal, not "too friendly"), the environment (modern and festive), wines (especially the grenache) and first of all the food were just excellent. There were 22 different dishes and 4 different wines to match. The price for two was 359 €, which I find reasonable/tolerable for such an experience.

We went to Madrid during Easter holiday and an evening we decided to have our dinner in this reastaurant, reading some restaurants guides. The menu is very creative and the services is very ceremonial, maybe too cerimonial. During my reservation call they asked me to reach the restaurant dressed with a jacket. But they were ceremonial only about their own things, in fact, when I ordered a good wine they showed me the bottle from the wine cellar, but they opened it in the kitchen and when I sow the bottle again it was already opened: this is not a good act for a sommelier, and this is not a good act for an excellent restaurant. Anyway, all in all, this is a good restaurant,

One would have thought a restaurant part-owned by the great Ferran Adria, of El Bulli fame, would have delivered but oh boy does this disappoint on every level.

Service was atrocious.

For example, tasted a wine of their recommendation and with 'no obligation' but it was just not right and I said 'thanks but no thanks'. Sure enough it was still on the €300 plus bill and they refused to take it off! Suggesting there was nothing wrong with the wine, I had to pay - that cost them their service charge of course.

Food was pretentious, although, an occasional dish (out of 20 courses) showed a glimmer of great, but thats not enough at these prices.
