We had lunch at El Paraguas in June. Great weather (22 degrees), so eating outside was a good option. We had amongst others gazpacho with lobster, turbot, crab cakes, tuna tartar and deserts. Many surprising combination, executed perfectly. It's fine dining, but it come at a cost. The neighborhood is great to walk and shop as well.
