We had a memorable evening meal in the restaurant's below-ground dining room, situated in a vaulted chamber that once served a 17th century convent. One look at the room reassured us that it was a "serious" restaurant, and we were not disappointed. A special restaurant week promotion was in progress, and we took the recommended menu. The food was as good as the attentive service, including that rarity -- a PERFECTLY cooked piece of fish. In all, this was the best meal we had in two weeks in Spain.
