This restaurant is located in one of the most fashion and chic street of the city, in the Salamanca quarter.
This street is full of haute couture shops like Etro, Barbour, La Martina, Brioni and many others in the same block.
The street, even for this reason, is pretty nice and was taken care of in every detail, and the restaurant had an outside on this street we couldn't use because of the weather.
The welcome process was superb and the service was fine as well.
We were suggested a salad with lobster, grilled shrimps, and a grilled whole sole and everything was great, moreover the frilled fish, like the ambience itself, crockery and glassware.
The prices are very high, but it does worth a visit.

Good thing we were not very hungry and were there only for a snack. Otherwise the rating would be even lower!

Looking for true Basque food in Madrid, you will not go wrong with this place. Although I picked it as it was fairly close to my hotels, the food delivered in spades. Not cheap but worth it, and you can order half portions. Try the bisque and (oh so good) hake stew. Also basque white wine

Delicious Michelin class Paletilla due Cordero deshuesada. Lambolicious! Something you must taste if you love meat. Nice atmosphere. Reasonable pricing. A lot of places to eat around here. I am glad we randomly choose this one.

The prices are too high comparing to the average but neither the atmosphere nor the taste of the food weren't exceptional, so why to pay more?
