The best thing about this place is the location. However, it is a bit hard to locate the premise when we arrived. The sign on the top of the building was broken. The name tag on the door was worn out and can hardly be read. We were lucky that a local who passed by and noticed this group of confusing tourists and offered to help.
After a trip up a very small elevator (which can accommodate only 2 people at a time), wew were warmly greeted by a nice lady, who happily tried to explain everything about the place and all the attractions in Madrid to us, in Spanish. We only understood about 5% of what she said, though.
There was a coin-laundry shop nearby. The breakfast restaurant (with limited food choice unless you opt to pay more) is about 5 min walk away. The neighborhood was nice you can walk at 11pm feeling no threats at all.More
