We made a habit of having our breakfast here. The quiches and croissants were delicious and service was flawless.

Disclaimer: In aras of transparency I have to say that I know the owners.

This is the perfect place to bring that picky girlfriend we all had once. She would love love both the food and the place. Moreover the price is around 12 Euros, a thing that is pretty good given the high quality ingredients.

I am not attaching any pictures this time but the pic posted by others are pretty accurate and I endorse them.

On the negative(?) side, the menu is only in Spanish and there is only one electric socket, a thing that might be a plus if you are looking for being among locals without computers or cellphones.

Rating is for style and price range of this type. Check out their specialists coffees I enjoyed Jamaican, Kenyan and Guatemalan over a couple of visits.

On our hunt for good coffee, we came across this place and had a fresh mint tea, 3 cups of different origins coffee and a piece of coconut cake with a thin layer of dulce di leche (called Tarta Anita). All of which was great, perfectly served and not expensive: 14.50 EUR. We came back for an early lunch on our departure day and had a couple of their wraps. Again, very tasty. It's a nice and friendly place - please note: there's a downstairs area as well. Especially handy when the place fills up on a Sunday with Rastro shoppers.

When you think of breakfast in Europe this is it. The shop is small and cozy. This was a great recommendation from the host at our Hostel. The food is fresh and filling and reasonably priced. 8.50 euro for what is pictured below. I highly recommend it.
