Beautifully designed hotel. Lobby area is fab. Room had lovely furnishing touches. Not huge but lovely bathroom. Convenient central location off Gran Via although road itself is a little seedy. Staff were helpful but not much interaction. Didn’t eat there.

Spent a long weekend here on our way to Ibiza. Great hotel. It’s location is very central down a quiet road, walk 40 steps and suddenly you’re in the hustle and bustle of the City. On arrival they gave us a map with a number of recommended bars and restaurants highlighted. Ardosa, a very good quaint local authentic tapas bar is at the top of the road and is great for breakfast and starting out in the evening. The hotel bar serves excellent craft cocktails and beer and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Really cool, relaxed, quiet family hotel. Even though it is right in the center of Madrid close to all attractions and shops, you don't hear bars, cafe's nor cars like you would in other big city's.
Love shopping? Bring your purchases back in the hotel and don't carry them around all day.

Late check out, a one time free minibar content, good beds.
I really can't complain about this hotel. Would come back when returning to Madrid
