Let me start by saying that we stayed there for 1 night only. We needed a hotel close to the airport with ideally free and regular transfer. So, this review won't be as detailed as my usual ones.
Let me describe each criteria separately.
Service - it's very good. The staff is helpful, know English well (considering taxi drivers in Madrid usually know Spanish only - was suprized that the hotel staff can speak almost fluently) and don't waste your time when checking in.
Value - Houston, we have a problem. Regular price for 1 double room is 120 EUR Come on, that's not Dominican Republic. Don't get me wrong - the hotel is really good and its rooms are nearly perfect, but not at this price. Luckily, we paid much less - thanks to one good and timely offer.
Sleep Quality - I slept just fine, but you can hear what is happening in your neighboring room if you leave the bathroom door open. Not good for 4 stars. I've been to really silent hotels where you can keep killing a few dozens human beings in your room while someone standing in the corridor won't hear a thing.
Cleanliness - no complaints there.
Location - well, it depends on why you stay there. If like us - waiting for your next day flight then it's perfect. If just hanging out - not good at all. It's next to a motorway with a meat factory nearby. I presume it can smell awfully during summer...
Rooms - really good with insanely wide bed, decent TV, expensive furniture etc. You also get tooth brushes, shaver etc., so no need to unpack all your liquids (except for beer, of course). And the fridge contains some still water too.
Spa - had no time to go there, but looked promising.
Breakfast. Well, food in general - it's really good. You can eat supper until 23:30 in the buffet restaurant. But their bar has some really nice dishes too. Try their Auditorium salad with foie gras - it's really tasty. Not the best I ever had, but really good anyway.
All in all, a nice hotel to spend a day or two. Just make sure the price is OK for you considering everything I mentioned above.
