Can’t stop talking about how much we enjoyed the Hemingway Tour! Stephen was great! Very knowledgeable about Hemingway’s time in Madrid, but the tour is much more than that. It is a wonderful way to see the city, experience places you would likely not know about, and have a blast while doing it! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid!

We did a walking tour of Madrid with Pablo and had a wonderful time. He was a great guide who not only told us about the history of the city but also gave us a sense of the culture and politics of Spain.

We had a fabulous time with Phil on the La Botin tour. We saw a side of the oldest restaurant that most people don’t get to see. Just eating there you don’t truely understand the history behind this icon. It was an all access tour - we saw the kitchen, the old cellar and all the different dining rooms. Then we had the full degustation menu. Plus an unexpected gift. Thanks Phil

For those vegans and vegetarians who are interested in visiting the restaurant for its history as opposed to its house speciality, we do tailor the menu to vegetarian and vegan options for them.
