“Good location”

This hotel is close to the city center and very close to a subway station, which is very comfortable. Good services and good rooms. You can also make a good walk from the hotel to the Castellana avenue. Don't miss Colombus square and Real Madrid stadium.

We stayed here for three nights and the hotel was absolutely perfect for us.

It's not exactly in the centre of Madrid but we were visiting our daughter who lives nearby and regardless there's a metro station right outside the hotel! Also it's very close to the bernabeu stadium if you're heading over to watch Real Madrid.

The room was large and very comfortable and, importantly, very clean. The food in the hotel looks as if it is reasonably priced but we ate out on our travels.

Free wifi although it is slow and restricted if you don't pay but it did fine.

Rooms and corridor absolutely stink of smoking! I don't know whether they have non-smoking rooms but I certainly wasn't offered the option at check-in, and that led to a poor sleep inevitably. Watch out for the location too, as it seems to be far from many parts of the centre of town

We have just returned from a three day break in Madrid an stayed at The Silken Puerta.
Extreemly good value and a perfect position to be away from the noise and crowds of the city centre, but close enough to be in by metro in 15/20 mins.
Staff extreemly helpful and friendly, brekfeast buffet very varied and freshly cooked hot food with costant replenishment of the buffet area,
Had a problem with the shower mixer valve, called redeption and the maintenance guy had been and fixed it within 20 minutes, there was the offer of another room, but did not need it,
Housekeepimg staff very good with plenty of toiletierries includinf a shaving kit and a tooth hygiene kit comprising of brush and paste.
If there was a negative there were no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, mini bar, expensive, but when arent they.
Overall a good choice would recommend, we traveled as a family of four, 2 teenage girls (19 & 16), everybody agreed a nice place to stay.

Room Tip: Request from 4th floor up to reduce noise levels

If you are looking for a well communicated hotel with main companies in the North of Madrid (Alcobendas, Moraleja, Las Tablas area) but at the same time at reach of the city centre by public transport, this is your hotel.

The hotel is quite functional and business ready: Quality and well-priced Internet connection options, comfy beds and great breakfast buffet.

Stayed at the hotel during a business conference. The staff at the reception was nice and friendly, and my room was spacy and clean. There is free wi-fi connection, but it did not seem as the most fast connection, but again, it is better than no connection. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive so it was a good place to start the day. Conference facilities were also good so it was all in all a good experience staying at the hotel. Should I travel to Madrid again on private matters, I would probably choose a hotel closer to the center of Madrid.

The only positive aspects of this hotel are the central location and the room furniture.

On the negative side: The hotel staff kept disturbing me and tried to enter my hotel room twice even though I was only staying for a single night, always wanting to exchange the towels.

WLAN was slow. And last but not least: The breakfast is good, but overpriced(20€ per day)
