The hotel is located on Calle de Atocha, which is very central. Everything we wanted for the weekend was within walking distance: Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real & Museo del Prado. There are many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel in beautiful narrow traditional Madrid cobbled streets.

Hotel staff were very helpful recommending and booking excellent restaurants nearby for dinner. Breakfast is available in the hotel but we choose to have breakfast in nearby cafes which had great atmosphere.

Our room was overlooking Calle de Atocha which gave a view of Madrid city centre life but was still very quiet. The furnishings were modern and both the bedroom and bathroom were a good size.

Excels in everything. I've stayed in room 606 and it is very large room with all the right touches and attention.

Location is centrally with 5 minutes walk to main plazas.

Breakfast, again with some personal touches . Worth every cent.

I believe i found my new home for business in Madrid.

Modern and clean hotel with nice rooms. The breakfast is quite expensive but really good! From 5 pm to 8 pm a complementary tea and coffe time with a sandwich and pastry buffét was served at the bar which was a nice touch!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the very friendly staff at reception, to the bar servers who were helping us with our spanish, we couldn't have been more impressed.
The hotel is very modern inside (beautiful reception and outdoor seating area), in a great location (just a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, Puerta Del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Prado Museum and Royal Palace to name a few!)
The rooms are lovely. Our room had a big bathroom with a large walk in shower. (The only very small negative I have is that the water temperature in the shower is very temperamental, you have to play with it a bit) The bed was enormous! I have never been in a bigger bed! You'd easily fit 3 adults!
We didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food, but they provide a welcome glass of cava on arrival and a free afternoon tea (sandwiches, mini spanish tortilla etc, tea, coffee, non alcoholic drinks) which I think is a lovely touch.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and would like to thank all the staff there for making our trip so special.

The rooms are of very good size, the personnel was very friendly and helpful, the hotel has all services and the location is very good, walking distance from Atocha station, Plaza Santa Ana, Plaza Mayor, and to a metro station. Free Wi-fi with good speed included.

The parking was at a different building nearby and every time we entered we have to call someone in reception to open it up for us, that was not so comfortable, also considering the price.

The breakfast buffet was ok but pricey.
