Most chefs are men, but Chef Honey is the qeen that shines in this kitchen. She is one of the few female "itamae" (sushi chefs) in Spain. Her latest creation a menu that combines Japanese fish dishes with Argentinian meats, true to her her roots (check out her sweet Argentinian accent).
At the beginning I thought it was crazy to mix "Surf and Turf" but... I must admit it is a great place to share with those who do not like and do not eat "raw fish", which on the other hand is my favourite food.
