All good things come to an end, or in the hotel industry, perhaps need a revamp.
This hotel has clearly seen better days. It is outdated, tired, lacking in good service, expensive and boring.
It needs a polish and spring clean that the Ritz and many London hotels have already done.
There are so many good hotels in Madrid, choose another, instead come here for ten minutes to look around and then leave to go to the Prado or wherever else is on the way. At least until they smarten their act up!!
