This was the third flamenco performance that I have seen on our trip in Spain (after in Granada and Sevilla). This was the best of the three.

This flamenco at Casa Patas had higher production value than the other two. For music, we had two guitarists and a violinist (vs. 1 guitarist), one male vocalist, one female vocalist (vs. just one in the other two performances), and a male and a female dancers. The additional guitar and the violin added a lot of sensation to the music.

The musicians, dancers and vocalists all had a chance to show off their skills on different performances. The female dancer was a classic Spanish beauty. She danced with passion, pain, lust, joy... The male dancer was very good as well. They danced solo, and together. I particularly enjoyed watching the two dancing together. Their performance was beautifully choreographed and skillfully executed.

The entrance fee includes one free drink. It is a bit pricy but the performance was spectacular. Our hotel helped us to make the reservation beforehand.

Went for dinner and was good. Portion was big and we cant finish it. The waiter was very helpful as we do not understand spanish. He tried his very best to explain to us the dishes etc.

We had a very good seat right in front of the stage. The singers and dancers are very passionate about their art. They danced with so much energy and sing with all their might. Thoroughly enjoyed it. As we go on weekend and the show start at 1030pm and end at midnight. U might need to take a taxi at such hour.

This was so much better than we imagined!
We watched the 9.00pm show on the Saturday night and were not disappointed.
We were 4 girls on our first Madrid holiday and we felt we 'should' go to see a flamenco show and chose this one thanks to great reviews.
We were so lucky to get front row seats which allowed us to watch the dancer's feet and really feel the vibrations from the stage with every thud/tap/bang of their heels.
The dancers were incredible and we were astounded at their talent, stamina and passion. I don't think anything has made me quite so wide-eyed for a while.
The musicians were also hugely talented and blew us away.
The staff in the venue were very accommodating and made the atmosphere great.
Would strongly recommend.

We didn't expect too much (prepared for a tourist trap), but the show - in a small, intimate theatre- was absolutely stunning. The dancers and musicians seemed to give their very best, never before saw that much passion and concentration. The audience went wild. (Teenagers will love it too!)

We were sorry about one thing only: that we didn't eat in Casa Patas. The restaurant and what I saw on the plates looked very nice.

One more thing: some people write here that you must see the 0.00 show, because it's more passionate etc. Well, that's B S, we were there at 21.00, so no need to stay up late if you are already tired from exploring Madrid.

Wasn't sure what to expect but it was absolutely brilliant! It is on the pricey side if you have dinner there beforehand but that is up to you. We booked dinner for 7.30 and then the show for 9pm. The place was packed and the dancers were fantastic. I had never seen a flamenco show before but I would love to go to one again after experiencing this. The atmosphere was great too. Highly recommended.
