We just spent 4 days here and had a wonderful stay. Jon Bon Jovi was staying there too, although we didn’t see him. The staff was superb, and went above and beyond at every opportunity. The first room we had faced the street and was a bit too noisy for our liking-they graciously gave us an upgraded room on a higher floor, which was fantastic!
The breakfast buffet was delicious & had an assortment of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, yogurts, cereal, juices etc.
If you’re going to Madrid & looking for a luxury experience, this is the place for you!

Came here for a quick lunch one afternoon. It’s one of the nicer, more modern hotels in Madrid. I choose the Caesar Salad with a side of French fries and it was delicious. They were very generous with the Caesar dressing which was great. The waitress that served me was nice and friendly and gave me some advice on where to visit in the city.
Madrid isn’t full of luxury 5* star hotels like most European capitals so if you’re looking for a modern, contemporary hotel that is located in a beautiful area, this is definitely a good option.
