When in Madrid, I do not see many other options. Of course people say that The Villa Magna is expensive, but in a city where you next best option is an Intercontinental in diere need of renovation ... there are simply no comparison in town.
The service is personalized, they remember my little pet peeves from my last stay, the housekeeping team did an amazing job with my daughter's amenities and everyone from the doorman to the waiters in the restaurant are super kind.
I know competition will be coming soon, but the location, the easy access to El Corte Ingles to and from the Airport and the nearby restaurants make the Villa Magnas location unique.
I thank the entire team for the incredible hospitality and for always having the rooms looking like if they were brand new.

The service is amazing at this hotel. Luxurious rooms and a wonderful restaurant in an upscale Madrid location. Spent 4 days there and was so impressed by the service and the good food and helpful concierges. Great for vacation and business.
