Went here to watch the bullfight which only takes place on Sundays. If you are planning to watch a bullfight, you have the option to be seated at sol (sun), sombre (shade), or sol y sombre (sun & shade). Ticket prices at the sol area are the cheapest while sombre prices are the most expensive. Our ticket was priced at about 20 euros per person since we were seated at the middle between the ring and the seats at the very back. I hope there was a guide (in English) for tourists when buying tickets/choosing seats then I believe we wouldn't have to pay 20 euros, but cheaper if we only knew beforehand on how to buy tickets. So, my tip is to read in advance before buying tickets in the stadium. There are stalls selling food and drinks outside the stadium since buying inside would be more expensive. You can rent seat cushions and the restrooms are clean. The nearest metro is Las Ventas which is just in front of the stadium which makes it accessible.
