This October we toured the Prado Museum with Irina. She had a great selection of works to visit in this large museum. It was exhilarating as she tied the art to the history of Spain and gave us incite into the artist, the subjects, and the artist's technique, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the museum.

First time visiting Madrid and we did not wanted to miss the best of the city. When we travel we optimize our time and that's why we hire the services of local guides. We are conservative people and we prefer experienced professionals. Madrid Museum Tours website inspired us a lot of confidence and we were not wrong because with this company we had the best private tour of our life. Our guide Irina introduced us Madrid in such an attractive way that it did not take long for us to fall in love with this city. The main difference we appreciate in Irina towards our guides in Rome, Paris or London, is that she neither recite a memorized script nor has fixed itineraries. Irina’s joviality involved us personally and soon we felt that we wanted to leave no area of this beautiful city unexplored. Suddenly, thanks Irina’s magic we plunged as protagonists, not as tourists, into a movie of colorful neighborhoods, charming corners, amazing bars and, everywhere, friendly people to talk. Even a visit to the Prado Museum was memorable and thanks Irina’s explanations the painting masterpieces, its moments, characters and painters came to life! In sum, our tour of Madrid with Irina made us really feel the enormous strength and vital beauty of this city. Too bad the film in which Irina Madrid made us protagonists seem so short, despite our brief tour lasted 6 hours. Our personalized Madrid movie with Irina ended after 6 brief hours. It’s clear that with Madrid Museum Tours, hours seems like seconds.

I booked the Tour All Madrid which was a private walking tour through Old Madrid Madrid and the Royal Palace, plus and in-depth tour of the Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Modern Art Museum and Thyssen Museum. We are a family of 5 (two teenagers and a 12 year old). Both Mr. Satt and Dalma were excellent tour guides. Our children were completely fascinated by the history learned at the museums. Even afterwards they kept asking questions and playing trivia about the history of Spain. I would recommend this tour to any family with teenage children.

I have been going to El Prado for many years now, but this last visit was the best so far...We did a private tour with Madrid Museum Tours to visit the current Velazquez exhibit...what an experience!! We had the luxury of having Julio Alvarado as our tour guide.. he was an excellent guide who made this visit very educational and enjoyable....I will continue to visit El Prado and count with his services

Absolutely stunning vistas with the rural Madrid tour. It's simply a must do!! We saw places just north of the city that even some locals don't know about. While cost of tour is steep, it's well worth a splurge. Hernan, a director of the company and our guide was very knowledgeable during the tour and flexible too! We absolutely recommend it!!!
