Went to this restaurant our first night in Madrid on a family trip and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was really good, felt like a cozy tavern. They brought out complementary chorizo as a starter. Our waiter was so nice and very accommodating to English speakers. Prices were very reasonable for the amount of food they bring you (which is a lot!). We tried the house salad and were very impressed. The bacalao was also excellent, as were the lomo con pimientas and the albondigas. Everything was cooked to perfection. At the end of the night out waiter brought us complimentary "digestivos", small sweet mixed drinks as a kind of dessert. We loved this restaurant and will definitely be visiting again.
