“Solid tapas bar”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

The staff here are on the ball, very efficient, very pleasant and the drinks and tapas won't break the bank. Nice, busy atmosphere.

“Great cheap eats and fun staff”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

Fast service, incredibly efficient and friendly!
We had el plato del dia, a roasted capon with cola glaze with fries and salad, enough to feed 2, for 8 Euros, a bottle of nice local red for 11E and a few tapas, 3-4E each. The food itself was simple, not extraordinary, but the dining experience was excellent and the staff are really great. With our first drinks we were brought a plate of braised ribs...just like that, for free!

After three hours of leisurely eating in the fun, bright tavern, we asked for our bill, and though they were happy to oblige, they insisted we stay for a glass of sangria, on the house! (which turned out to be a PINT, not a glass, and excellent!)

Will definitely go back, great value.

“Great lunch ”
Reviewed September 14, 2013 via mobile

Lunch was great, beer was great, had the asado steak, cheap and great, service was friendly and charming, atmosphere was quite wonderful, and the local music was on the spot. Not a tourist place, rather a really nice place to eat.

“Great value, friendly service”
Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

We went for dinner and had full meals. a nice change after days and days of tapas. Great food and huge portion sizes. We had been to drinks and tapas before the meal and could not get through all the food. Great steak! Very attentive and friendly staff. We even got a free round of drinks at the end.

“Nice ambiance and service, big portions”
Reviewed August 23, 2013

Ive been here three times, but today it was the first time i went for a real meal and not just a drink and a tapa. And I enjoyed it a lot! We are not very big eaters, so we just wanted to order a paella, a portion of tortilla, and then by suggestion of the waiter, we ate a tapa of pork (I don't remember the name, but it was the first one of the menu section, with apricot jam).

Tortilla was huge for 3€! I could be full just with that. The eggs are not super cooked, but that's just the way I like tortilla, and I guess this is why some people say their tortilla is weird.... Then the pork tapa was super delicious, and much bigger than i expected, as I'm used to smaller tapas. Finally the paella was also good, although probably not the the best I've tasted.

The thing I like about this place, is that they offer you a tapa when you order your drinks, and we had choricitos with patatas fritas. The waiters are also very joyful and funny, and the ambiance is really cool.

Im definitely coming back in the future!
