We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a recent trip to Madrid. We got upgraded to a suite which was great. Suite was big and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Service was excellent, from front desk to breakfast staff, they were all very helpful. We were given a free wifi device to use in the city which helped us save data/roaming usage on our travel pass. Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Sara kindly gave us a tour of the amazing car museum inside the hotel. We visited various cities in Spain and stayed at five different hotels but Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini is our favourite! If we ever go back to Madrid, would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay here and there's good reason for that! Lovely spacious rooms, good aircon, quiet if you choose a room at the back and very helpful and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast choice too. We absolutely love the rooftop bar - stunning view of the palace and a great place to relax at the end of a day's sightseeing. Great location once you have worked out how to cut through the gardens to the palace and from there on to Plaza Opera. We will no doubt be back for a third time!

Room Tip: Rooms high up and at the back are quieter, you get a great view at the front though!

Excellent location between the Royal Palace and the Temple de Debod. Friendly helpful staff. Our room was huge: bedroom, kitchen (with microwave, bar fridge, stovetop, kettle, sink, glasses, etc), sitting area, and dining area. Clean and comfortable. Interesting art pieces can be seen throughout the hotel. Nice view of the palace from the top floor. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Two issues during our stay (one very minor, the other not so minor). Towels smelled a bit funny—I think they might have been washed in vinegar to keep them white? And the first night the hot water wasn’t working (lukewarm was the warmest it got) but that was fixed for our second night.

Stayed in a studio facing the back (you dont really need the palace view as you see it everyday walking to and from the city) - room had a modern decor and everything I wanted. Aircon worked perfectly and room was quiet except for occasional door banging by guests (seems endemic to Madrid hotels). Daniel and his team were extremely helpful and friendly during my two day stay - assisting with the portable wifi, printing my boarding pass, arranging a very early breakfast on my last day etc. They have truly gone above and beyond!
The location of the hotel is excellent although this may not be obvious from the map. It is a mere 10 minutes walk to Plaza Opera. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again on my next visit.

This is our second time back!

Staff, rooms, location and value are amazing.

The staff Vicki at breakfast, Daniel and Pedro and all at front desk. The cleaning crew were great!

Thank you ApartoSuite for making the experience amazing again. Keep up the great work.

Great breakfast buffet.

Highly recommend!

Must try.
