I won't repeat the things that the other people already wrote how good the place is and I won't also say the place is perfect BUT, one of the best places we have ever stayed.
Most remarkable things is the friendliness of the staff members. They creates very welcoming atmosphere from the start.
Highly recommendable.

Room Tip: Room with Palace view is a must.

Great hotel that offers more of an apartment feel with a mini kitchen incase you want to cook up some of the delicious treats you find in the amazing markets throughout madrid. If not, the hotel is in a great location to some amazing restaurants and monuments, so you will have plenty to see and eat. Also right next to the subway station which made getting to and from the airport super cheap and quick. Highly recommend this place

The view from the top of this apartment complex over the Palacio (palace) Real and its gardens (Jardines de Sabanti) is awesome. The location is perfect for visiting Old Madrid on foot. The section of the street in which is located isn't the most attractive but it is a short walk to much prettier places. My suite was very quiet and perfectly comfortable. It faced towards the back of the apartment building. Having the kitchen facilities in my studio suite was a huge advantage over a hotel room, particularly as I was travelling solo at that stage and spending a weekend in Madrid prior to a work conference there.

For the conference, my work paid for a 5-star hotel in the Bourbon Madrid area, next to Old Madrid. That was also great but cost 2-3 times the price of the ApartoSuites Jardines de Sabanti. It put into perspective what amazing value the ApartoSuites are.

Oh and the breakfast at the ApartoSuites was good too with a very clean, modern breakfast room and a helpful lady serving. I think she only spoke Spanish to me and I only spoke English but that wasn't a problem because she was helpful and understand my question about the coffee machine etc.

These rooms were BEAUTIFUL and the terrace facing the Palace was an added bonus. We were a little hesitant to book a room here originally because we read reviews that stated it can be loud and difficult to sleep. We were a bit more concerned when we were put right below the roof-top deck and adjacent to the hallway leading to the deck. I'm a light sleeper but I had no trouble with noise in the room and slept just fine. The beds are a bit hard but I found that the case all throughout Spain.

The breakfast is indefinably worth getting and was a great start to the day. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The reception staff spoke a number of different languages and was easily able to 'toggle' between all of the different countries. It should be noted that the hotel was a bit hard to find, but that could have been jet-lag as well. It's tucked away in the middle of the block. There is a train station just down the street which allowed us to easily take a day trip to Toledo. We will stay here again next time we visit Madrid!

Room Tip: Room on the lower level may be quieter. The roof-top terrace was a huge bonus with beautiful views!

I have selected this hotel based on the hotel ranking on tripadvisor, and because I'm travelling with my family and the hotel suits have good space to accommodate us.
As a start the hotel location is very unique, very close to the Royal palace and from there you can walk to most of the attractions.
The hotel is very clean, and the reception was warm and efficient. the room was very nice and big with all the required amenities.
I have read couple of comments about the steps you need to go through to reach the elevator, and yes, they may be inconvenient especially if you have baby stroller like we did. But it's not that big problem.
The breakfast was just good with good service and nice place.

Delightful and well appointed apartments, spacious and tastefully furnished and very conveniently situated between 2 stations and within comfortable walking distance of major sites and shopping areas. The management and staff are charming and extremely professional, very knowledgeable about their city and well skilled in client relations. The basement motor museum is an added bonus and should not be missed!
