ApartoSuites Jardines de Sabatini deserves all the praise it receives.
My husband and I stayed here recently with our young daughter, returning for the second time. Our room was on the quieter side of the building which affords no views but an absolutely silent evening and consequently restful sleep. Oversized, practical rooms, handy kitchenette and beautifully comfortable bed. Pedro and Daniel and all the reception staff were impressively attentive and helpful. Pedro went out of his way to find the location of an event we had to attend and another receptionist gave us two hotel umbrellas as we checked out of the hotel as it was pouring with rain. Thank you!
Just a great place to stay, highly recommended, the owner is doing a brilliant job!

Room Tip: Ask for a view if you wish otherwise the other side of the building is nice and quiet.

Very conveniently located within walking distance of the Gran Via and an easy stroll to the Prado and Thyssen. The staff on the front desk are friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean spacious and comfortable although a 10 euro deposit is required to unlock the kitchen unit that holds the utensils. This is to ensure that you do the washing up. I was mildly irritated by this considering the price. The breakfast was good.

Dear guest,

Thanks for sharing your experience in our hotel. We were glad to read that you had a pleasant stay and that our location, facilities and services were convenient for you.

Please accept our apologies because the procedure to use the kitchenette was not explained correctly to you. We ask our clients for a 10€ returnable deposit if they want to use the kitchenware to ensure the proper use of the items borrowed. We will never charge a guest for not doing the washing up upon departure. Besides the day of departure, everyday washing up service is not included in the daily cleaning of the room because of the significant extra time that it would take to our staff. However, if a client requires that service it has a small extra charge.

We are sorry for this misunderstanding and we will reinforce the training of our staff to ensure that we give exact information.

We look forward to welcoming you in the future,

Kind regards,

We stayed in various properties in Spain & Portugal. This was one of the best. Great location, large, clean, comfortable rooms. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. Our room had a nice big balcony overlooking the park.

Excellent apartment hotel with well appointed rooms and close to all the big attractions in the old city as well as the Gran Via. If you love shopping the Principe Pio Center is just down the street. Small but very functional kitchen which we used for breakfast. Excellent and very helpful staff that speak many languages. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this property for 4 nights whilst exploring Madrid. The property is very well located within walking distance to all features of Central madrid including train and bus. It has all features associated with a high class all suite property. Staff very helpful and efficient. All appointments were relatively new and in good working order. Found the kitchenette facilities to be most useful. Room was clean, large and contained a sofa, separate table and chairs that did not impinge of the sleeping area. On any return to Madrid, this property would be the first selection without doubt

The room was big, the bed comfortable and it had all the creature comforts we needed. Its a short walk over to the palace and to the old city beyond ... so you are out of the hubbub, but close to the action.
The rooftop terrace was great ... one warning though - it's closed (the restaurant) on sunday and monday evenings, and it gets full on saturdays - you must get a booking! We arrived on saturday and asked to go up there for drinks and/or tapas in the evening and were told they were full. Thankfully they were flexible and we went up early as they opened (8pm) and had a drink before everyone arrived ... then there was a quick rain shower ... which apparently scared away the locals, so we ended up staying - it's a great spot, the drinks and tapas were wonderful ... a great start to our 4 days stay.
Breakfast is good but expensive, and everyone was very helpful.
Highly recommended for the price.

Room Tip: We asked for a palace view with balcony - 6th floor - very nice!!

Wonderful property.
Excellent location within walking distance to central Madrid. Very quiet rooms. Extremely well appointed. Very comfortable. Staff is professional, helpful, courteous and speak excellent English.
Walking distance to shopping mall, wonderful restaurants, Royal Palace, Cathedral, and great views from the room's balcony.
Rooftop tapas restaurant/bar is a wonderful experience for evenings.
Would not stay elsewhere in Madrid.
