Stayed at this hotel while visiting Madrid. Excellent view of the Palace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a little bit of misunderstanding about the Schedule of Vintage Car Museum they had in the basement. The receptionist rectified that very soon and had someone ready to give us the tour when we were ready.
The hotel location is pretty good. Very easy access to all major sights in the area and close walk to the metro. The best part was the rooftop bar and view of the royal palace. I will definitely stay here again if/when I come back to Madrid again.

Wow, discovered Madrid and this apartment was perfect for exploring. Looking over the palace, well equipped and super clean. Great city pad. The roof terrace is the place to watch the sunset, sit back and read a book.

We stayed at Aparto Suite Jardines de Sabatini for 6 nights, a couple with our young adult son. The location was lovely, with Royal Palace views outside our front window. There was easy access to all major sights in Madrid, either walking or a 5 min. walk to the Metro at Plaza de Espana stop or Opera stop. Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. English was spoken by all staff. The spacious and modern apartment had 1 bedroom w/ comfortable king bed, and 2 very good day beds in the living room area. All furnishings were modern and fresh. We ate breakfast in the apartment, using the kitchen facilities - so can't comment on the breakfast, although the room looked very pretty. AC worked well, windows to the street were sound proof. Thankyou to Pedro at the front desk, who had lived in Montreal, and hopes to visit soon with his young son!

Room Tip: Because we had a Palace view room, I'd definitely suggest requesting this.

I've stayed here more than 10 times during the last 2 years and I really can say it is worth it.
Big and modern rooms, kind staff, good quality breakfast, fantastic location.
Furthermore a stunning sight on the Palacio Real and a private museum of old luxury cars are the icing on the cake

We stayed for 3 nights on a summer deal bed & breakfast for around 60 GBP per night. On arrival late in the evening we asked if it would be possible to move to a room at the front of the hotel with a balcony and view of the palace? There was a room available at an additional cost of 25 euros per night - this was great, given the budget price we'd already booked. The room was everything we wanted - contemporary decor, great bathroom with bath and shower over, kitchenette for handy things like glasses and bottle openers, lovely balcony with seating and a spectacular view of the palace. The location of the hotel is excellent - especially if you arrive into the city late. We were able to stock up on essentials (water and wine!) at a supermarket up the street which never seems to close, and also enjoyed some wonderful local hams and tapas at a small bar along from the hotel. During the day, we walked through the park to reach the most popular tourist areas. At night we had to walk round the slightly longer way as there were opera performances on each night in the park - but how wonderful to be able to sit on your balcony and listen! Madrid it a fabulous city - it was our first visit and we'll definitely return and will book this hotel again. Have already recommended it to friends and family. If you enjoy great food and great atmosphere, here are a couple of must dos in Madrid:- visit the Mercado de San Miguel, informal market geared up for food and wine. You get a drink then wander from stall to stall trying out the wares, everything from fresh oysters to cheese to chocolate. A great restaurant for a special dining experience is Bistro Metro - check out their website.

Room Tip: Try to book a room on the front overlooking the palace. You wont be bothered by traffic noise and have wonderful views. Balcony rooms are extra special.
