Superb hotel with amazing views of the Royal Palace with modern large and spacious clean rooms. Convienent and perfectly located with easy access to all the tourist attractions, shops and metro stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay very comfortable and welcome. Would highly recommend to all families and would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Corner suites are large and spacious with excellent views

We travelled with 2 other couples and all had rooms on the 7th floor, staying 4 nights It was very clean and spacious and the staff could not have been more helpful or charming. We liked the fact that we could eat in our out and even had a terrace to enjoy. Will be back when it is warmer and drier so that we can also enjoy the roof terrace. Excellent location in easy walking distance of so much, including the metro. So quick and easy to get to from the airport via the metro - even at midnight!

Room Tip: Go for a top floor suite if you have the budget! So worth it for the terrace and the view!

I chose this hotel for a girls weekend to Madrid. We wanted to be central and its about a 5/10 minute walk to the Palace. The rooms were spacious clean and had the advantage of a small kitchenette if wanted. It was helpful to have the fridge to keep water etc cold. We spent one night up on the roof terrace, which has amazing views across to the palace. We also took our own drink and food up there and only read later that you're not supposed to (but there was never anyone around) we had the roof terrace to ourselves, whenever we were up there. We had a deal with breakfast included which was also very good. Overall I would choose this hotel again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Plus the Madsegs (segway tours) was situated right next door, a must for when your in Madrid.

Room Tip: We had a room at the front with a balcony, if you have trouble with any slight noise ask for room at...

What an amazing hotel. We enjoyed our stay in this perfect place. We booked two standard rooms. They were spacious, 2 single beds, a sofa, a dining table with 3 chairs, a balcony that overlooks the streets of Madrid and lots of space in the room. It was perfectly clean and the kitchen was very handy. The bathroom was really good and it was organized with everything that you could possibly need.

The hotel staff were exceptional. They were so kind and helpful. They made our stay even more comfortable. They helped us with directions, maps, suggestions, train bookings, lots of tips and advice. Every single one of them were really helpful.

The location was really great. It was a walk away from Gran Via on the left side and Principe Pio Shopping center from the right hand side. It's close to two Metro stations and there's a supermarket right outside on the right side and a nearby pharmacy.

Free Wifi. We also requested an iron and it was sent to us right away.

The Solarium was amazing, the view of the Royal Palace at night and the sitting area is just perfect.

We would definitely stay here again and again and again.

I would love to thank the staff of the hotel for all their efforts.

i came back three times to stay 2-3 nights each time during the one month i travelled in Spain. For me it has the best location in Madrid with great views of the Royal Place and Gardens of Sabatini next to it, great staff helping for all of my queries, easy access to the city and chich rooms and terrace to enjoy during my stay. It is in walking distance to this very interesting eigyptian temple "Debod" and a park, right accross the royal palace. I strongly recommend it..

Title says it all. Definitely recommend this if you don't need breakfast included - and who does with all the cafes?! Rooms are a great size, clean, and, if you have a balcony, it's fab to sit outside and admire the view.

Only a wee criticism....would be nice to have even small sachets of tea / coffee. We never thought to take any!

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony room.

As with many of the properties we have stayed in during our extended overseas holiday, my wife discovered Aparto Suite Jardines de Sabatini here on TripAdvisor, and we both are glad that she did so, and booked our accommodation at this property for our stay in Madrid from April 28-May 4.

Our room (#68) was exactly what we needed: a serviced apartment with LOTS of room to spread out, and a kitchen that we used to have breakfast every morning as if we were at home.

Our apartment was immaculately clean, and was well-serviced each and every day of our six night stay at Aparto Suite Jardines de Sabatini.

The bed was superbly comfortable, as much so as the bedding at a Sheraton, Westin, or Marriott...with nice linen, and the towels some mornings felt like they were new.

Each and every one of the service staff that we called upon for assistance and information were nice, warm, and friendly.

The location of Aparto Suite Jardines de Sabatini can't be beaten, being a convenient five to twenty minute walk to many of the major historical attractions of Madrid, as well as to the Gran Via shopping area.

Madrid has been the "surprise packet" of our trip thus far, reminding us in many ways of Rome, Paris, and London, with many palaces, cathedrals and churches, statues, monuments, and parks and gardens.

We don't know when we will return to Madrid, but when we do, we will once again stay at Aparto Suite Jardines de Sabatini.

Room Tip: Request a room with Palace views.
