I found this place using the Tripadvisor app, which worked well. We fancied something different after a few days of Spanish fare and on the whole we were happy with the choice. The place is far from fine dinning but its friendly tasty and good value for money.

My chicken stew with rice was room temperature when I got it. The waiter then took it out and brought it back 2 minuttes later. Byt the it was very, very hot and the stuff on the plate had not moved a milimeter. What does that tell you? That this is a microwave-kitchen that dosent preper the orders when they get them. Of course all resturants prepare things - but the last heating and frieing should be done in other ways than microwave,

Besides that important fact the meal was not very tasty, very dry and overprized compared to the size of the serving.

We dined here on our last night in Madrid - it was suprisingly quiet even though we showed up at a relatively socially acceptable time (after 9.30pm!). The day before had been a public holiday, and the city packed with people, so that could be why it was almost empty on the Thursday night. Because there were so few tables occupied, our expectations weren't high, but the food was terrific. I had a shredded pork dish, which came with rice and beans and my husband had beef fajitas. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, the service was pleasant and we were serenaded by a guitar player, who played up to the occasion and was a bit of fun, but didn't overstay his welcome. There was an English version of the menu, which we found handy. A nice place to eat if you feel like a change from Spanish fare.

Way, way too many tables for such a small place. The food was not good, and the Margarita was a joke. Steer well clear!

Nice Mexican Food, near Plaza Mayor, with colourful decoration and nice dishes, like "alambre", "tacos" and, of course, "margaritas". Maybe too small for those tables...
