“Business stay”
Reviewed January 3, 2014 via mobile

This was an excellent hotel to stay on business. The service was excellent and the food was good. I used the gym which was adequate but in need of expanding with more equipment. There are always taxis available at all times which is important. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable.

We spent 4 days at the Eurostars Madrid Tower in December 20-24.12.13 as a couple. We really enjoyed our time here at the hotel. Everything is really nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. Talking pretty good English. We did not have any breakfast at the hotel, the price was 20 € pr.pers pr.day! A bit expensive so we walked 200 meters to a 24H open McDonald's Restaurant and had breakfast for 15 € for both of us! And after eating we walked 50 meters to the Metro station: Begona where you can get to the City Centre for 2 € pr.pers. We took a Taxi on the first day and that coast is 15 € one trip only. We enjoyed the time we had at the Hotel and also in Madrid. You must see the Plaza De Toros (bullfighting stadium), Palacio Real (the royal palace), Plaza De Cibeles (nice place with cool buildings and a great water fonten) and take a walk on Gran Via (lots of shopping and entertainment and restaurants on this street) and there is more to see!

As 5 star hotels go, I've experienced better. There was nothing wrong with it per se, but for the room rate specified, I was expecting to be blown away. It's also quite significantly out of the city centre, so expect to be taking the tube or cabs if you want to be touristy.

Great value for money. Great Rooms, Room Service, attentive and professional staff. The hotel is in the heart of Madrid and close to some of the tourist attractions such as The Prado Museum etc, and famous Bernabeu Stadium.

Room Tip: The ones in the top floor

This is my first time in Eurostars Madrid Tower hotel, previously I used to stay in classic hotels much closer to the city center .

This hotel is a real 5 stars, modern and very luxury . It is located at the up town of Madrid , but the transportation is very convenient , taxi or metro will take not more than 15 minutes.

It is very much advisable to book bed and breakfast because it really worth it, very rich selection of food and fresh fruits.
The only unusual thing is u have to pay for the ice!!! Not big issue!!

I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend on the 13th November for one night. The hotel was fantastic and looked really impressive. The staff were attentive and extremely professional, The evening meal in the restaurant was expensive but well worth the money for the fine dining experience. Only two things stopped this being the full on 5 star experience. The first was that in my room the soap tray in the shower was loose resulting in you not being able to put the soap on it. The second thing that was quite disappointing was the breakfast buffet, unfortunately the hot food was cold as it was left on the buffet with no heat to keep it warm. Only two small things but when you pay for 5 star you expect perfection.

Room Tip: Go For higher floors. You pay more but the views of Madrid are stunning.
