We stayed at this hotel from 2nd to 6th Jan 2012 (Room 1913). It is a true 5 star one and everything there is 5 star - Reception, Staff, Restaurant, Morning buffet, food quality, rooms. Especially staff - so friendly and helpful. They treated us like VIPs! Even being a bit away from City Centre and main attractions it is worth to stay in a hotel like this and just take a taxi to the City Centre (plenty on the roads and not expensive). Using the opportunity - many thanks to reception personnel for doing such fantastic job.

Mature Couple from Australia

Room Tip: Just ask for a higher floor (it is a high building) to get a good view.

This hotel is exactly the type of hotel I like; modern, clean, contemporary. The quality is clear, its well thought-out and has some lovely features.

The value for money it offers is incredible. I would stay again.

I was impressed by this business hotel in the Quatro Torres Business Area. The service was excellent, the room was clean, spacious and with a nice view over Madrid. If you stay here please book breakfast, too. It really pays off as there is so much variety. I did not got to go to the spa but I hear it is very good, too. The only minus is that if you are visiting as a tourist the hotel is a good 30 minutes from the city centre (Sol). There is a metro station very close and a bus stop is right next to the hotel, though.

Visited on business for a couple on nights in November. The standard hotel rooms are modern, smart, and reasonable spacious. Everything about it is quite trendy/modern - subdued (or dim, depending upon your take) lighting in the reception and corridors. I reminded me of the W hotels in the US in a number of respects. The food in the main restaurant was good - breakfast particularly so, which was a cut above most hotel buffet breakfasts.

The location was fine for me, as it was a business trip, but I'm not sure it would be so good for a touristy Madrid visit.

The hotel is modern and renovated. The rooms are big, the bedroom too. The view it´s very nice, especially from the restaurant in the top.
The breakfast was amazing, very nice buffet.
The hotel it´s 10min away from the city center (Puerta del Sol) but I liked the flowing traffic, road and parking in Madrid, so it´s not very difficult to reach the main points by car. There´s also many taxis around.
Check in and check out it´s fast and eficient. Staff is great.
It´s also much cheaper than similar hotels (like Villa Magna).
