Hugo is an excellent host, come for the food, not the ambience but Hugo's warmth and genuine hospitality is an example of a fine attitude toward providing excellent food in a winning combination of price and quality.
Food is inventive, fresh, delicious and generous.
Basically no wine list at this stage but phone ahead and see if you can take your own.
We highly rate this as a super dining experience based on small menu and knowledgable passionate staff - the right way to have a sustainable restaurant.

80 Euros very well spent for fois gras and a separate fried goat cheese - an outstanding combination, best Russian Salad EVER, superb Galecian styled octopus with a foamy twist, a delicious duck dish, a salted dark chocolate foamy mousse and a minty mojito frappee for dessert finished the evening perfectly and we would definitely go back.
Meal included a couple of cavas and the house Rioja.
