Figaro's markets itself as an English Tea room, but it is anything but. It is a cafe owned by a local and run by Spaniards and does not at all resemble an English Tea room.
What it offers is delicious local and Spanish cuisine in ample portions at low prices.
It is very popular with locals, some of whom frequent it on a daily basis. It also has a takeaway establishment two doors down selling the same food you can sit in or sit outside and enjoy, whilst eyeing local life.
It has disabled-friendly access too.
Figaro's also offers local cakes such as "Tortas Pasas" and where one can enjoy afternoon tea there.
It is not a fancy place for sure, but I recommend it for a real local lunch experience.
