“Monkey magic”
Reviewed July 9, 2013

The Apes are just amazing, we couldn't believe how silently they can creep up behind you and make a grab for a bag. I did manage to keep hold of mine. This is great to see them up close and get some good shots to take home. Some are much bigger than you think and are not too friendly. The walk back to town is lovely. Great way to spend a day out.

“Great photo op”
Reviewed July 1, 2013

If you like to take photos of animals, this is a good opportunity. The monkeys are very quick, and you need to watch your stuff. They will take anything they think is food, as well as sunglasses and hats. The mothers with their babies were especially fun to watch. Go and enjoy!

“touring the rock for disabled”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

There plenty of tours to the rock to see the semi wild brabary apes. The taxi association can help with travel there and if you were on a cruise they will but check the prices. If you can walk there are organised tours a lot cheaper. There are cable cars but there is a long walk There were a lot of babies about and they were protective. The apes will take any thing from you so we left bags, glasses etc on the coach. The knowledge of the driver was very good and I would willingly take the trip again.

“Well worth a visit”
Reviewed June 20, 2013

Great to see the monkeys, you just gotta?!
I found them a little scary, but fascinating. They are very quiet, so can surprise you, also very quick. Take heed if the warnings about not feeding them and don't get too close. Great to see the babies.
