I had multiple complaints against this hotel and the owner, David, without even sitting down, violated me verbally. Shameful for the hotel, and shame for five star procedures. They will pay. As we say in Spain. El que pide té le damos dos tazas.

You know first-hand that we work in order to offer unique experiences for all our customers. We want everybody to feel at home, however everything has a limit.

It is very dissapointing to discover how, in your opinion, we swapped in just a few days from one thing to another, being initially the “best in the world” to the opposite, exclusively for not wanting to participate in your travel blog, that you should, under no circumstances understand as a contempt for your person or your professional activity, which deserves for us the greatest respect.

You are very aware of us answering to every and single of your requests. We have demonstrated this to you. After all the requests you have continued with your frequent visits to our hotel, talking to the staff with total naturalness and praising our facilities and services.

The cordiality ended up when we did not accept your request to participate in your blog, at which time you have started to send us numerous e-mails on behalf of your relatives and yourself, different critics on facebook, twitter, tripadvisor... uttering even invenctives.

You have your own interpretation of the facts and we have ours. We have given it to you. We have tried it through the formula that stands good education and to our regret, we have not succeeded.

At this point, all we can do is beg you to stop bothering us in all these ways.

Starting with the perfect location in center of town it’s an easy walk to everything. The rooms are spacious clean and modern. Bar and restaurant have balanced menu and good food. Breakfast is excellent with many options and eggs to order. The only two downsides are the gym (only treadmills) and parking. There is really no space out front to park and they take your car to garage. This is a fine solution at 16euros a day. We didn’t try the spa but it looks great. The rooftop experience is nice but overrated. In the end, the staff is what really makes this place great. All very competent and sweet. Every time we had a request they collectively jumped to action. Really well done.

I regularly travel to Galicia to visit my boyfriend's family and the Nagari welcomes us every time with top-notch service and unbeatable hospitality.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and perfectly quiet even though the hotel is located in the city centre, a stone's throw from the high street shops and charming, picturesque squares. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the rain shower plus jacuzzi means you have your very own mini-spa right in your room!

Don't forget to visit the rooftop pool, which also has a bar and outdoor patio with fantastic views of Vigo. The spa is excellent and offers a wide variety of treatments and experiences, I especially enjoyed the sensory bath and massage combo. Just make sure to book your spot ahead of time.

Last but certainly not least, I highly recommend lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant, Alameda XXI, which offers sumptuous, beautifully presented local fare in a luxurious atmosphere. The service is excellent, attentive and accommodating, and waitstaff can offer highly knowledgeable and helpful recommendations.

If you are planning a stay in Vigo, this is the place!

Having never been to Vigo before, we booked based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. We arrived very early but able to leave our luggage and were phoned by a friendly receptionist when our rooms were ready-an hour & a half earlier than expected. We were allocated 2 spacious, comfortable rooms overlooking very attractive gardens. The bed was superb, the rain shower amazing and everything was spotlessly clean. The bath was a lovely addition and the rooftop spa brilliant. Lighting could be altered to suit the mood. Staff were attentive and efficient. The only downside would be the cost of the spa. Spaces are very limited and we were fortunate that in October it was not so busy. This was a great choice and we would return to this hotel on any future visit to Vigo.

The check in experience was annoying (they precharge the credit card you use to make the reservation, so it’s a hassle if you want to pay with cash or a different card)

The parking garage is tiny and there’s no valet. (It’s also hard to find if you’re not familiar with Vigo)

The Spa has no availability. So much for staying here to enjoy the spa. The hotel could not recommend another place for a massage.

The rooms are small, with no views. This is not suitable for business or romance. I can’t think of any reason to stay here. Find another hotel in Vigo.
